What You Will Work On The Growth Expansion team focuses on driving revenue from the existing customer base by delivering appropriate products, features, and upgrade paths directly within the product as customer needs evolve. This involves setting up the signals that indicate moments when a customer is changing and translating those signals into nudges that customers can engage with, as well as building out the upsell and cross sell motions within the product so customers can self service their product changes. Work with the Engineers, Design, and Product Managers to prioritize, schedule and execute projects so we can quickly develop and ship new features Partner with Product to define and execute the team’s long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap, including setting goals and measuring…
