About this job

As a Field Engineer on our federal AI projects, you'll work directly with our largest public sector customers to make sure their experience with Scale's technology is smooth and successful. You'll help these customers build production-grade data pipelines, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. This means learning each customer's use cases in depth and building the tools and documentation they need to grow. The role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, product, and engineering. The ideal candidate is a generalist software engineer who enjoys working with clients, takes ambiguous problems and turns them into practical solutions, and collaborates closely with Product and Engineering along the way. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.…
