Use your broad experience in the following manufacturing technologies to guide development of vehicle body structures for future Waymo projects: Cold stamping, Hot stamping, Casting, Hydroforming Create layouts, master sections, and package studies in 3D CAD/ Catia V6, to support production part development Recommend materials to achieve structural requirements, working closely with our inhouse CAE team to validate Present a range of solutions to any given problem, balancing piece price vs tooling investment, to inform decision making Work with internal Waymo teams to recommend possible future partners for supply of components from a global supply base You have: Worked at one or more vehicle manufacturers or tier one suppliers in the product development or Engineering teams, and have…
