This role follows a hybrid work schedule and you will report directly into Systems Engineering Leadership. You will: Provide technical thought leadership and will be consistently called upon in setting (scalable) strategy for (technical but regulatory) evidence generation. Drive the implementation of functional safety requirements across platform systems and lower-level fault response frameworks Deeply understand Waymo’s safety framework methodologies, safety data, and internal processes, and square them against external requirements to spot gaps and opportunities.
