We are seeking a capable Tools and Test Automation Engineer with experience developing and optimizing automation tools and processes across safety-critical avionics lifecycles. This individual will identify workflow gaps, modernize existing tooling, and deliver scalable, high‑reliability solutions that strengthen the development and testing infrastructure. This individual will provide technical expertise to both internal and external stakeholders. Location: The role can be onsite (CT), hybrid, or fully remote.
