The Line Planner is responsible for the daily technical performance of the assigned production line. This role serves as the primary engineering partner to Operations, ensuring equipment, processes, and cross-functional resources work together to maintain safe, stable, and efficient production. The Line Planner provides real-time visibility into line performance, coordinates issue resolution, leads structured escalation of production risks, and drives rapid recovery to standard operating conditions. While focused on daily execution, the Line Planner also identifies recurring issues and partners with the Process Group to implement long-term improvements. Key Responsibilities Daily Production Performance Own the daily technical performance of assigned production lines.
