The Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) will be responsible for driving business growth for ETAS Manufacturing Diagnostics by identifying new market opportunities, partnering with customers and sales teams, and aligning customer needs with innovative diagnostic solutions. The role serves as a key technical and strategic interface between customers, sales, and product management, supporting pre-sales activities, solution development, and product roadmap evolution. The CSE will also contribute to the successful deployment and delivery of manufacturing diagnostic solutions through customer engagement, technical consulting, and on-site implementation support.…
