Design or management of building and utility design. Review annual thermal imaging of electrical systems. Maintenance of emergency power systems including generators, automatic transfer switches and universal power supplies. Annual maintenance activities of power distribution including transformer DGA, Substation secondary injection testing, lubrication and exercising according to NFPA 69 and FM Global guidelines. Utilities planning to ensure proper supply for new equipment. Maintain electrical spares inventory Maintain breaker panel schedules and update as circuits change Responsible for the value stream mapping and process flow oriented to power distribution network.…
