About this job
We are looking for a Process Engineering Manager responsible for all process engineering efforts within Lyndhurst Operations to support Sika Corporation product manufacturing. The incumbent shall be a “hands on” leader that is responsible for process design, implementation and operation. The Process Engineering Manager will improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. Specific Responsibilities: Member, and active participant, of the Lyndhurst Leadership Team with the target of Operational Excellence in Safety, Quality, Supply & Efficiency. Structure and staff the process engineering department to contain expertise in polyurethane sealant and adhesive manufacturing and continuous improvement.…
