Your Impact As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer II, you will be a key member of the Global Quality team. You will support the full product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes and products that meet or exceed Axon’s standards and customer expectations. What You’ll Do Participate in the Axon Product Lifecycle (APL) process to ensure compliance with quality deliverables including issue resolution (CAPA), validation plans, CTQ identification, FAIR/PPAP documentation, and quality monitoring implementation. Lead nonconforming material review (NCMR/MRB) and manage material dispositions with cross-functional teams. Drive and manage 8D investigations and root cause analysis (RCA); implement effective corrective and preventive actions.…
