THE ROLE Drive operational excellence and innovation as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager leading process development, validation, and continuous improvement for server and storage product lines across PCBA (L6) and System Level (L10) manufacturing. You will build, empower, and direct a global engineering team to chart the technology roadmap and establish scalable, high-yield production systems. Partnering cross-functionally with Contract Manufacturers, Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations, you will transform product designs into reliable, cost-effective manufacturing operations.
