Maintenance & Technology Manager Situation in organization Position reports directly to the Alsip Plant Manager with direct reports including up to (3) Maintenance Technicians and (1) I/E Technician, and Production Engineer, Improvement Engineer, and Developing Engineer (when applicable). Has a direct interaction with the site Leadership Team including production, logistics, quality, and maintenance. Pay: $106,200 - $140,700, with a possible 10% End of Year Bonus. Job dimensions Leads the plant Reliability and Maintenance process by gathering and analyzing data, evaluating improvement opportunities, and executing Mechanical Integrity plan, preventative, proactive, and reactive maintenance tasks. Assures plant level compliance to PSM and other regulatory inspections and maintenance.…
