If associate is remote, all home office expenses and any travel/lodging to specific East Hanover, NJ site for periodic live meetings will be at the employee’s expense. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require 15% travel. Lead two critical capability areas within Advanced Analytics & Modeling (AA&M): enterprise Key Drivers Analytics (KDA) capability and the Associate Director team that scales across the portfolio providing Advanced Analytics solutions. As KDA capability owner, apply advanced multivariate and diagnostic methods to explain what is driving performance across brands, markets, accounts, customers, and geographies, and translate that evidence into clear, prioritized actions.…
