Primary Function of Position We are looking for a hands-on leader to invest in and to grow our material handling team to the next level. This includes coaching, encouraging and empowering the team as well as working side-by-side with them in a cold chain environment. Key team tasks and metrics include receiving, put away, picking, material supply and inventory accuracy. This position is responsible for oversight of personnel, administration of the raw material and sub-assembly warehouse operations, 5S + safety, inventory accuracy, and internal material replenishment processes.
