Schedule: Full Time Job Type: Hybrid Salary Type: Hourly Req #: 3579 About the Role The International Customer Support Specialist II is responsible for international logistics tasks including coordinating ocean and air shipment bookings, entering accurate details shipment data into transportation management software, track and trace, entering shipment financial entries into system, communicating with international customers and supporting international account management team. This role will demonstrate ownership of partnership with the international account management team in a fast paced international logistics environment. This role is based in our Frisco, TX office and operates on a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days remote) following an initial 90-day introductory period.…
