Purpose: The Group Leader position is an advancement from Senior Operator position, requiring completion of all core tasks from the previous levels. Guide and direct all aspects of materials management operations safely, reliably, and cost-effectively. Provide comprehensive oversight of daily operations, ensuring all activities align with safety protocols and operational efficiency standards. Prioritize regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and proactive incident prevention to safeguard personnel, facility assets, and environmental compliance.
