The Opportunity: What Your Impact Will Be: Executive Transportation & Security Support Provide daily transportation support for the Chairman & CEO to business appointments, meetings, events, airports, and offsite engagements Coordinate and support transportation logistics for private aviation, commercial flights, board meetings, investor meetings, entertainment events, retreats, and other high-profile engagements Provide transportation and logistical support for the Chairman & CEO, as directed Maintain ongoing communication with Mattel Global Security regarding executive movement, route planning, timing updates, and security considerations Coordinate with LAX VIP Services, FBOs, hotels, and third-party transportation/security vendors as needed Support transportation and logistics for…
