Logistics Technician II- Day Shift (No Weekends!)

About this job

A Day in the Life Promotes and insures customer satisfaction through prompt identification and resolution of customer complaints, problems and issues. Receives customer requests by telephone, email or mail and analyzes request to determine best response. Maintains overall inventory control by physical/computerized MMIS using approved procedures for accurately processing orders, replenishments, returns, credits and inventory discrepancy resolution. Analyzes and correctly processes customer returns and credits based on policy and appropriateness of return. Works with supplier representatives to monitor consignment inventory (where applicable). Addresses inventory issues with department contact as appropriate.…
