JOB SUMMARY: Plans work, directs employees and gathers resources to meet production/customer needs, department and plant goals. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Studies production/shipping schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production/material/shipping/receiving schedules. Recommends measures to improve material handling methods, equipment performance, and quality of service. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and attendance records.…
