About this job

‎ As a Road Logistics Operations Specialist, you will coordinate our customer’s shipments by leveraging contracted rates and securing capacity with qualified carriers and partners. You’ll ensure smooth transport operations by managing bookings, preparing documentation, and meeting key requirements such as transit times, carrier selection, and routing whilst adhering to industry regulations. How you create impact Communicate with shippers via email and phone to confirm shipment details. Dispatch and track pickups, updating shipment status as needed. Data management utilizing Excel for customer reporting requirements. Monitor shipments to ensure on-time movement and resolve delays proactively. Schedule and coordinate pickup/delivery appointments.…
