The Shuttle Van Driver will operate a passenger vehicle on designated routes to safely and efficiently transport Airbus employees throughout the Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS). This role requires a safety-conscious, reliable driver with strong customer service skills and an excellent driving record. Primary Responsibilities Driving & Route Operations — 70% Safely operate passenger shuttle vans along designated routes and schedules to transport employees to and from Airbus MMS. Monitor and optimize turn times actively to ensure employee wait times are kept to a minimum. Provide overtime shift coverage as required to maintain continuous shuttle service. Passenger Tracking & Fleet Logs — 20% Record hourly passenger counts accurately to track volume across all designated stops.…
