As we continue to scale, we're building the operational infrastructure to match — and that starts with our People & Culture team. We're looking for a Senior Staff, People Technologist to serve as the strategic owner of our entire People Tech ecosystem. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Technology. This is a high-impact, senior IC role that sits at the intersection of HR systems, automation, AI, and organizational enablement. This role will partner closely with the broader People & Culture team — including People Experience, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners — as well as IT and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure People Tech systems meet the needs of the entire organization.…
