W e are seeking a Warehouse IT Specialist to serve as the key link between warehouse operations and IT, providing WMS support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining master data, training users, and driving operational efficiency across the distribution center. How you create impact Act as primary on-site contact for warehouse system issues, providing first-level troubleshooting and escalating to IT as needed. Monitor system performance and maintain WMS data, including location master data, SKUs, and system configurations. Support system updates, validate setups, and ensure alignment with customer and operational requirements. Deliver user support and training for warehouse staff, including onboarding and new system features.…
