Project Truck Driver

About this job

Purpose The Project Truck Driver is responsible for safely making pickups and deliveries to AbbVie and vendor locations within Lake County in support of Construction Services providing delivery of tools, material and equipment to the job site. Reports directly to Group Leader but gets daily workload from multiple group leaders or estimators. Responsibilities Experienced at driving box trucks up to 27’ in length for making deliveries throughout Lake County. Delivers/relocates heavy tool boxes, gang boxes, man lifts, tools, and construction materials to docks or directly to job sites. Duties can include acting as a fire watch for tradesmen performing hot work. Organizing and general housekeeping of storage cages and shop areas.…
