Logistics Team Member

About this job

The Logistics team member is responsible for helping drive a smooth, on-time handover from FFM to last mile each morning. This role starts the shift by reviewing prior-day logistics performance, monitoring real-time FFM capacity to proactively adjust driver pickup schedules, and ensuring every route is picked up, loaded, and dispatched on time. The Logistics team also resolves driver and route issues as they arise and coordinates closely with 3PL partners to guarantee full route coverage. Daily Metrics Review & Pickup Planning Start each shift by reviewing the previous day's logistics metrics, including FFM-to-last-mile handover timeliness and overall delivery delays (deliveries that exceeded the promised window).…
