The Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of outbound and inbound warehouse activities in a high volume environment. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Coordinator, the Supervisor will lead a shift of associates to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining internal, external, and safety standards. Basic Qualifications Team leadership: Managing a large team with diverse roles such as not limited to Cycle Counter, Warehouse Associates, Customer Service Representatives, Warehouse Leads and Dispatchers, delegating tasks, and ensuring shift performance meets organizational KPIs. Inventory & order accuracy: Ensuring products or parts are selected, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.…
