How you create impact As a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Import, you will support day-to-day import operations within the Operational Care Center. This role is focused on shipment visibility, file accuracy, documentation follow-up, internal customer support, and proactive communication. You will help identify and resolve issues that may impact shipment movement or customer commitments.
