How you create impact The Operational Care Center Specialist, Revenue Care is the responsible for daily Forwarding Subledger (FSL) handling and to ensure gross profit (GP) is maximized. They are the expert in detection and correction of financial discrepancies, which is a top priority and clear expectation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the measurements from which we gauge success. Root cause analysis and engagement with stakeholders to implement corrective actions is fundamental to the role. Manage daily FSL activity with the goal of minimizing month‑end deferrals. Review all open files with a focus on maximizing gross profit. Resolve excessive profit or loss files and escalate recurring issues to the supervisor.…
