As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting communication between the Inbound Department and customers. You will investigate and resolve discrepancies, partner directly with customers to address concerns, and assist with processes related to the handling of faulty or defective units. This position is fully operational and warehouse-based, requiring 100% on-site participation.
