How you create impact The Road Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring the smooth execution of road logistics operations within the Healthcare vertical. This includes responding to inquiries, processing orders, coordinating transportation resources, and maintaining service quality standards in a GxP-regulated environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. Receive and process bookings through email or direct integration into the Transportation Management System (TMS), including EDI and E-Booking orders. Secure transportation resources by coordinating with carrier partners. Confirm bookings with shippers, consignees, or both parties. Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries.…
