The AP Retail Analyst is responsible for accurately processing and reviewing all invoices, purchase orders and inventory received billings. The person in this role will ensure that invoices are paid according to the vendor terms. Successful candidates will have strong experience with accurate invoice data processing and verifications in addition to all Retail A/R monthly statements. Invoices must be reviewed and processed timely each week. RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, verify, and input invoices. 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving slips and invoices. Process and prepare payments for all vendors. Assist and ensure accuracy of monthly close of Accounts Payable. Collaborate with retail team as well as third party carriers to resolve discrepancies.…
