As a Strategy & Operations Analyst at Formlabs, you will turn messy business problems into shipped solutions. You’ll take problem statements from teams across the company — Finance, Operations, Sales, Support, R&D — scope them, rally the right people, and build much of the solution yourself with SQL, Python, automation, and AI tools. You’ll also be a key partner to the CIO in running the IT & Systems organization: driving OKRs, reporting, and roadmapping across a 26-person team spanning data platform, digital systems, financial systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.…
