What You'll Do As a Behavior Analyst, you'll play an active role in developing and supporting individualized behavioral services that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), observations, and clinical evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Review behavioral data, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Train and coach direct support professionals on behavior plans, positive behavior supports, data collection, and crisis intervention strategies. Provide direct clinical support when individuals experience increased behavioral challenges.…
