ASCO Equipment has career opportunities for an Accounts Receivable Analyst/Administrative Assistant in Midland/Odessa, Texas. The main goal of this role is to help our customers, both external and internal to get what or where they need as efficiently as possible, in a friendly and professional manner. They are responsible for collecting payments for Associated Supply Company using skills in project management, organization and communications to collect the payments from customers. Accounts Receivable Analyst track customer communications, submit AR invoices to receivables portals for collections, make banking deposits (at some locations), research and reconcile customers accounts. The analyst is also involved in collecting credit references for new customers.…
