Claims Analyst, Development Program Join AXA XL's Claims team through our 12-month Claims Development Program, designed to help recent graduates build a robust foundation for a career in insurance claims. Through a combination of formal learning, on-the-job experience, and mentorship, you will develop core claims skills while gaining exposure to either Property or Casualty claims in a supportive and collaborative environment. As a member of a Claims team, you will learn from experienced claims professionals, receive ongoing coaching and feedback, and gain hands-on experience supporting claims activities.
