Senior Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to own the day-to-day administration of our U.S. employee benefits programs, including health and welfare benefits, 401(k), and leaves of absence. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. benefits operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience, accurate administration, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong U.S. benefits expertise, exposure to international benefits, and a passion for improving processes and delivering exceptional employee support.
