The team + the role Pendo's Total Rewards team runs the benefits, leave, and compensation programs that employees depend on for health coverage, financial security, and time away from work. Accurate enrollments, clean vendor data, and clear communication determine whether those programs work efficiently. Total Rewards at Pendo runs on accuracy, speed, and a practice of improving every process we touch. The Total Rewards Analyst administers benefits and leave programs day to day, keeps enrollment and eligibility data accurate across vendors and payroll, and reports on program health. The role partners with Payroll, Finance, the wider People Team, and external benefits vendors.…
