The Technical Analyst, reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Supports end-to-end ITSM processes and standards across the service lifecycle, ensuring consistent governance and reliable service delivery. Operates in primary and backup capacities to maintain operational stability and continuity of ITSM services. Facilitates ITSM governance and execution through operational coordination, reviews, data maintenance, and lifecycle support activities.…
