The Business Intelligence and Business Systems Analyst develops and supports the data, reporting, and business-system capabilities used to manage Medical Device Services (MDS). The role combines business intelligence, data modeling, data-quality management, and day-to-day business administration of CRM and related operational systems. This position builds Power BI models and reports that integrate CRM and eLIMS data to present financial, project, and operational information. It also supports CRM configuration, testing, user administration, documentation, and data integrity under the governance and priorities established by the Business Operations leadership.…
