The Revenue Analyst supports the execution of pricing, revenue management, forecasting, market intelligence, and portfolio performance strategies across LV Collective's portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Leasing, this role is responsible for analyzing property performance, identifying revenue opportunities, monitoring market conditions, and delivering actionable insights that support occupancy growth, rental income optimization, and asset performance. This role serves as the analytical engine of the Leasing & Revenue Management team, partnering with the National Sales Specialist team to support informed decision-making and operational execution.
