This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, meaningful clinical support, and competitive compensation based on supervision type. As a BCBA at Vibrant, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), partner closely with families, and support meaningful progress for the children we serve.
