About the Role We’re looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technical teams in support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Sales platform, helping improve its performance, adoption, and business value. In this role, you’ll lead discovery conversations with Sales leadership, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to uncover business needs, clarify requests, and translate those needs into clear requirements and testable acceptance criteria. You’ll also translate technical feedback into straightforward, business-friendly language to help stakeholders make informed decisions. Experience with D365 or a comparable CRM platform is preferred, but strong business analysis skills, curiosity, and confident stakeholder communication are what matter most.…
