The Role Square’s Strategic Finance team partners with our go-to-market leaders to make sure our biggest commercial decisions drive both growth and profitability. As a Senior Analyst on our Pricing & Monetization team, reporting to our Deal Desk Lead, you’ll shape how Square prices its largest partnerships, from individual deal structures to the portfolio-level targets and guardrails behind them. You Will Advise on complex deals: partner cross-functionally to build custom pricing and incentive proposals for some of the most exciting brands in the world Set pricing guardrails: design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails that let teams move quickly while protecting margin Scale the operating model: build and refine the processes we use to price and approve large deals…
