Inventory Control disciplines are essential to manage the financial and operational risks to Ford Motor Company. Support financial and quantitative control/accuracy of inventory by following the directives expressed in the Financial Manual (FM) and guidelines outlined in the Production Inventory Guidelines. Monitor and drive Inventory Control principles to ensure oversight procedures are in place to drive inventory control and compliance.
