Job Summary As a Lead Data Scientist (VP) supporting the American Dream Initiative (ADI), you will lead high-visibility work that defines how the initiative understands customers, measures progress, and proves impact. You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Research, Finance, Technology, and other analytics teams to build foundational customer outcome metrics (including a financial health indicator), develop data-informed customer personas that blend qualitative and quantitative insights, stand up automated reporting and OKR/target frameworks, and establish robust testing and readout practices to evaluate customer experiences and programs.…
