Primary Purpose: The Billing & Payment Analyst ensures all sales and orders are accurately billed and paid, validates that invoices reconcile with balance sheet reports, and continuously identifies process improvement opportunities. This role delivers quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and operates under regular supervision.
