We are seeking a Complaint Analyst for our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office. Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday in their respective time zones. This is an in-office position. What You’ll Do: Ensure customer complaint program policies procedures and SLAs are met. Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint by performing thorough investigation and evaluation which may include Responsible for effectively documenting the complaint resolution and any required follow-up Conduct program level root cause analysis research issues identify trends draw conclusions and make recommendations.…
