Summary about the team and the strategy role in BBVA: The mission of the US Strategy team is to serve as an in-house consulting team, proactively proposing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in business line functions, primarily focused on driving P&L impact. Among others, the US Strategy team will be responsible for: Identifying and defining growth initiatives, customer servicing models, commercial systematics and efficiency initiatives. Implementing governance models to track key strategic lines of work for the country. Providing support as necessary, encompassing but not limited to the preparation of management presentations and reports, as well as regulatory requirements.…
