The Stock Borrow/Loan (SBL) desk is part of the Prime Finance organization and supports a broad set of equity finance trade structures, including short coverage, financing, conduit lending, dividend yield enhancement, and longer-term structured solutions. To enable these activities, SBL borrows securities from counterparties across multiple jurisdictions and manages the operational flow of positions through relevant legal entities to the appropriate risk entity. As a Stock Borrow/Loan Middle Office Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will be play a pivotal role in facilitating and controlling the end-to-end lifecycle of Equity Borrow/Loan activity in North America.…
