Position Overview The Retail Performance Analyst supports the VP of Retail in monitoring full 360-degree business performance, analyzing key retail, merchandising, and client-development metrics, and providing insights that inform business decisions across the Americas retail network. This role is responsible for developing performance reports, analyzing sales and operational trends, preparing business presentations, and supporting retail planning and cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with Retail leadership and partners across Finance, Merchandising, Client Relations, and People & Organization, the Analyst helps identify opportunities to improve store performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.…
